Steam name: Mädchen
Age: 16

Character Name: Kamilah Farida
Character Age: 33
Character Corps: Airforce
Character Rank: A1C
Planet of Origin: Kholo

Personality Description: 1 paragraph minimum
Kamilah Farida is an Egyptian culture based female with the simple personality of a well balanced individual who is most certainly entertaining with new people, but chatty with one’s she knows. She seems to have a more playful personality, which has a side of sass that is buckled during operations, and in front of commanders. Knowing her boundaries when it comes to people she can’t exactly call a friend, she’ll keep her trap shut and speak when she needs to. On the other hand, when talking to someone she knows, her attitude is more enjoyable.

It’s most notable of her personality that she takes deeper feelings to the care of her unit when flying into a battle zone. This is notably from past experiences. However, when it comes to the enemy, there is a burning hate deep in her heart that relishes in a past experience. There is nothing but a blind sense of anger masked under her focus she puts into every single pull of the trigger in her Pelican.

Physical Description: 1 paragraph minimum
Farida stands at a rather tall 6'2" averaged when she is in her full dress up of a pilot suit. Her body can be described as athletic, and more so muscular due to her past time being mostly P.T. with the rest of her unit. Her skin color could easily be stated as olive, matching her Egyptian heritage and matching in with her equalizing accent. When speaking, there is a chill in her words that seems to be calm. It matches that of a Moroccan/Egyptian accent. When looking over her fitness in regards to where it's dense, her calves seem to be large, and her biceps/triceps seemingly the size of a softball (vertically at least). Though her size is abnormal, her hands appear to be dainty, with the in between of short and stubby, her grip is perfect around a stick or a grip. Her face is shaped like a heart, face matching the rest of her skin but there appears to be just a tad of eyeliner on her eyes when off-duty. Her hair color is a flat black that looks silky, and slim with minor volume. Her eyes are two chocolate diamonds that provide this eagle-like stare when her eyebrows narrow. She holds a steady, straight lined expression across the board, but rarely has a bit of a smile going on when she's in a good mood.

You'll usually see this pilot wearing a standardized UNSCDF Air Force combat-pilot suit, which is colored in the dark grey/gunmetal shades. The helmet has a standardized oxygen flow mask with a polarized gold visor that reflects in the ligh. Overlapping the jumpsuit are color coordinating elbow pads and knee pads. On top of her torso, and over the jumpsuit, is the tactical chest rig with two small bags for personal items on either of her hips. On the primary belt that goes along the bottom abdomen area, there seems to be a tightened holster with a standard policy magnum inside of it.

Character Bio: 2 paragraph minimum
To begin, Kamilah Farida was born on the date of November 3rd, 2510 to a home-working mother, and a laboring father. Her place of birth is the large planet by the name of Kholo, specifically in the large population center that is the capital of the planet itself. Placed under the rule of the UEG, with a father that used to be an old Navy pilot a decade back, Farida grew up without a single distraction from the dream of following in her father’s foot steps. Though, most of her will power comes from her father, her sassy, more eccentric side comes from her mother. As a home-worker, it was Farida’s mother to do most of the work in teaching the basics of children’s learning to young Kamilah. With each day of learning something new, the young and healthy mind of Kamilah would be growing at an ever fast pace whilst being intrigued with love by both parents as an only child. Her mother would cook, clean, and work besides a computer, and her dad would come home to tell ridiculous stories of flight at dinner. A well knit, non-dysfunctional family.

After a total of five years being house-taught, Kamilah Farida was welcomed to her first years of public-based school learning. Here, she would begin to greet and meet people from different families and perspectives. With Farida growing up with a positive and healthy environment, naturally, she was friendly and joyous to most. Each year of schooling would bring the young girl to a more abled person, and with her parents and her now busy, the family would see a continuously pleasing future. Whilst her social life was lovely, the female’s education was in the middle-high ranges when it came to her personal grades. Trying to balance out both the aspects was tough on a young mind, but the B+ and aboves were satisfaction enough for the parents of the girl. Kamilah would slowly progress to the final year of her first process of education with a simple and joyful childhood. Weekends spent watching TV, playing with her family, and occasionally having a friend or two over. Summers spent flying with her father’s labor company, him being the commercial pilot for moving products like timber and metals to the refinery.

Middle school for the young girl was an adventure everyone seems to despise, much like she did in the end. With the summers of an easier childhood fading away, the girl began to start in a more academically challenging environment. Time was now shifted more towards the academic side of things once her parents realized the formula in elementary school was not going to cut it anymore. Her only social times were weekends, and lunch times during school. After school, she did homework for a few hours, then, sifted off to spend time with her family. Her grades had risen, significantly by the end of the few years. At the beginning, it was rough. She required discipline and punishments when she wasn’t doing work, but as a result, she turned out more focused in the end. Whilst progressively losing friends, her work ethic and willpower to continue on was only a constantly growing fire. A loss to her, but also a victory. Opportunity cost at it’s finest.

High School for the growing mind was another one of those balanced experiences. Her experience was determined by herself now. Due to the fact she was grown past her parents need for an overwatch, and due to her demonstration in middle school, the young woman was let loose. If she failed, she failed, but if she did well, she was rewarded. A well balanced system. Chugging down honors classes like it was a standard class, conducting activities in clubs, and exploring herself, the female was wrapped up in all of the bunds she could get. However, when her fifteenth year of life rolled around, the outer-world news finally came onto her radar. It was currently 2525, and with that, the Human-Covenant war began. Fear spread across the planet, across the system and human race as a whole. Planets being destroyed, humans being wiped, and all the more just continuing on without stopping. The call for soldiers had happened once more, but, by no means was any of the Faridas going to war. No, they were only civilians doing civilian things. With aliens and pirates now a threat to the existence of their family, the father of Kamilah would have stopped taking her on flights, her mother more concerned of Kamilah’s time out of the house, and her friends family’s doing the same. Kamilah was taken out of public school, and shuffled into home schooling via an online course. Time with her family alone grew, and by the end of her online high school years, Kamilah had grown a bit of a hardened shell outside of her bubbly personality.

Fortunately, for the still young Kamilah, there was a brighter joy coming up in the summer. It was time to get her in the piloting business. Decided by her parents as a joint effort (mostly being her father convincing her mother to do it), the young girl would be heading off to an Aeronautics academy on the eastern front of the planet. With her grades, and her father’s friend as an instructor, the fresh graduate would be sucked off from her parents home, and into the hands of another’s. Once there, the woman would be trained in the arts of flying with a dual instructor in the D77 cockpit. Used for commercial use only, the D77 variant was a breezier version of the D77-TC. Extra boost on the thrusters, and more lightweight due to missing 70mm cannon and rocket pods on either wings, Kamilah was trained to used the vessel in three weeks due to an elongated program. After the training had been complete, Farida had been issued her Civilian Multi-Engine Piloting Certificate for use in the career path she was pursuing.

After returning back to the main population center of Kholos, Kamilah had gotten into the business her father once ran for -- Traxus Heavy Industries. One of the largest industrial businesses, Traxus was most certainly needed during the war for creating buildings, and manufacturing heavy machinery for the use of creating capital of war. Currently at the age of nineteen, the female was now spending week after week flying across the landscape and delivering materials by the means of her pelican. Considered a major use of war effort, her wages were standing up at a steady height. A few years would pass by. Eight long years of doing the same thing, over and over, each and every day, and feeling the need to still keep doing it. By now, however, Kamilah had officially moved out and settled at her own place near her business’s headquarters on the eastern front of Kholos’ population center. Now currently at the age of 26, the young and ambitiously hard working female would stutter across a man she would come to fall in love with after a few months of dating.

Together, after taking the time to sink and settle down a bit, the young couple would produce a child that would go by the name of ‘Ahmed Farida’, to carry on the bloodline of the Farida family. Kamilah, now a mother, would have spent a few months off work for maternity leave to take care of her child, just like her own mother did for her. After those months, it would be back to work for Kamilah, and her nameless husband. Though, as time went on, the husband slowly grew emotionally away from Kamilah. Due to her constant being away, the poor lass had lost her husband after a divorce was filed. Heartbroken, and in a rough spot, the grown woman would have taken her child back to her own parents for the boy’s childhood. With a loss of purpose for her current job at Traxus Industries due to her work being the cause of the divorce, the woman left the labor industry and enrolled into the UNSCDF Air Force to utilize her skills as an instrument for helping people. A total of nine weeks inside of a boot camp would morph the discipline and will she had before in a construct of a soldier. Graduation would lead to the successful introduction of Kamilah Farida as a D77-TC pilot. At the prompt age of 28, Kamilah would see battle before her eyes against the threatening force of the Covenant.

However, as the year of 2539 rolled around, the sounds of war having gone to her homeworld as Covenant spilt the blood of her people across the earth she once roamed. Taking place in the battle of Kholos, the unfortunate loss of the battle resulted in the utter glassing of the major Kholos population center (as seen in Halo: Evolution The Return). Kamilah had lost all of her family in a single bombardment from a Covenant flagship glassing in the Glyph of Faith into Kholos. Barely escaping with her life, Kamilah was left with an inevitable sorrow of losing her mother, father, and child in the defeat. Stricken by judgement, and ruined for a few weeks, the woman’s morale was shifted into a turning effort. Her will, still unbeatable as always, was crushing as she turned sorrow into hatred for the enemies before her. Using the strength of emotions garnered from losing her family, Kamilah vowed to herself that she would take care of the only family she had left; the marines she took with her into battle. As a pilot, the job is to bring your troops in, pick them up, and provide close/anti air support for the on going battle. Kamilah had loss the need to go back home, since there was nothing, and used it to go into each and every warzone the ‘Pelican’ she flew went with.

For the next few years, whilst utilizing her extremely well-crafted flight skills, the calmness and focused Farida would attain a numerous amount of medals. Her first medal being the Marksmanship Ribbon from an above-average capability and weapons handling onboard an active DC77-TC during training. The second being the Gallant Unit Citation medal, awarded to her for the success of a hazardous and dangerous operation when the war broke out in the inner colonies. She (and her co-pilot) had successfully delivered and returned a unit of marines, while also single handedly bringing back a team of ODST’s after their EVAC had been taken out by Type 77 AA guns in OPERATION: GUARDIAN LANCE. The next would follow in suit of the Air Force Combat Action Medal for her active participation, the Combat Readiness Medal for her sustained 24 month period of active duty with live weaponry, and then the Good Conduct Medal for a total of 3 years with no nicks or breaks in service. All of this successfully attained by the pilot who has survived thirty plus combat deployments and assignments on top. Being shot down once, only to return to the fight and assist a unit of Marines in tackling down a small FOB held by the Covenant on 18 Scorpii. She has continued her flight path with medals to honor her victories.

Now, the pilot is being summoned aboard the UNSC ‘Safety in Silence’ for tactical operations against an URF cell that had been tracked down. She goes in without another thought.

How did you hear of this Roleplay & Community? Razerbaz, Lt. Dan Taylor, everyone talking about it.

App is accepted.

However few short things. A pilot will not always be needed nor will we by tailoring events to include a pilot. I high suggest you make a marine or something as well.
