Personality Description: Doesn't tend to start conversations very often with people that he either doesn't know or doesn't know of. Somewhat friendly towards people who bother to get to know him. He's rather sarcastic. Generally relaxed in most situations.


Physical Description: Quite lanky with black hair growing past his shoulders and a beard reaching a couple of inches down from his chin. He's white and has stretch marks across his back from a large growth spurt in his early teenage years. Stands at two metres and ten centimetres.


Character Bio: Vulcan was born around the insurrectionists, hence why he feels quite familiar around them, although he never developed strong feelings for or against the UNSC. He has grown to become a thrill-seeker with an affinity for pyrotechnics and explosives with a penchant to make use of his skills.

To Vulcan, joining the insurrectionists is a means to an end. He gets all the thrills he could ask for, and the insurrectionists get another in their ranks.
