Alright, here’s another story to tell and this one’s set during the year 2536. Out there, on one of the less civilized and more dangerous worlds of the ‘verse is a planet named Gemenon, orbiting the rim star ‘Kalidasa’. On this planet of around 100,000 odd people - and soldiers - there was a town called Oasis. Now, this Oasis town was an absolute lawless dump, barely getting by due to the shoddy attempt at terraforming going wrong, causing frequent biogenic storms. Well, back in Oasis there was a pair of locals who had managed to come across some wrecked 03-K64 Firefly in some scrapyard just outside the nearby town of Harwood. Yeah, I know, a series-three Firefly isn't something to go crazy over due to the common occurrence, lack of technological advancements and that mumbo-jumbo - But finding one on a planet like Gemenon, and in a state where you can still recognize it as a Firefly is quite rare. Thankfully the locals who had bumped - I mean... Flew past it had sighted this wrecked Firefly and had reasonable knowledge on ships, enough to know that this is quite a rare occurrence that shouldn't be ignored. Well, those locals went back to Oasis and brought back a friend who had the know-how to repair whatever junk they could get their hands on, and the local with repair knowledge ensured repairing the ship was, whilst hard and challenging, quite a possible job. Why they didn't sell it? I have no damn idea. Maybe they have some dangerous sense of optimism.
Well, the first objective of repairing the ship was seeing what mysteries lie within the rusting metals, and you’ll never guess what they found! Nothing, absolutely nothing. Well, other than the more important parts that always come with a Firefly ship there was nothing at all, like someone intentionally made sure there was nothing that could lead back to themselves. Who knows what happened, maybe someone else scavenged everything more ‘personal’ that was missing, or maybe they thought some reavers were watching their backs and that they needed to ‘disappear’? The two locals didn't care much though, as it was helpful due to them not having to move out anything they don’t want.
It took them 2 years to repair that Firefly to a usable state on top of other things, and would have probably taken longer if they didn't get help from the other locals around the town. Well, in the end it still looked terrible and far from a modern variant Firefly, but the bottom line was that it was finally usable. The three locals who had originally planned to build it, throughout the two years, had still kept their opinion on keeping it rather than selling it and trying to use it themselves. From the start, they had a designated pilot, someone with the knowledge and experience of repairing the ship, and a fairly standard grunt, but due to the dangerous and unpredictable state of the ‘verse they desperately needed more crew members to try and keep the ship holding up and fine, as an army of three isn't exactly one troublesome trio. Hell, I’m not even sure why they wanted the ship either. Maybe they wanted to escape the grasp of Alliance control and secure their freedom? Or maybe they just like flying around aimlessly and looking at pretty things? Who knows, but I bet some people had disagreements.

Of course, every ship needs a name, too. A ship’s name is meant to represent the crew, their morales and viewpoints and generally what they specialize in. They named their ship after the two years of building it, calling it... Oh wait, they never actually came up with a name to start with, leaving it unnamed until they finally had left Gemenon. After they got the crew running and the ship back up, their real adventure started, having them go whether they wanted and take whatever jobs they wanted. They done whatever they wanted to damn do, and got into whatever trouble they can possibly get themselves in.

Chapter 1
You're still here? What, the prologue to that story not enough for you? Alright... Well, they finally did get their ship off Gemenon, and it actually managed to sustain itself throughout all of the taking off procedures. Surprise surprise. Well, immediately after taking off the crew came across a derelict ship that was floating above Gemenon, and after a small discussion between the crew members they decided it's best to go and check out the ship, try and find any loot or such things. They entered the ship, seeing it was full of small weird rodent things and rats. It seemed all normal until they found a survivor holed up at one end of the ship. That survivor had gone off the rails, space had taken over his mind. The crew ended up offing this madman when they got the chance, before stealing his supplies and then heading out of there.
It was all fine and normal after that encounter, the crew slowly went places and managed to get themselves into more trouble. One notable encounter would be when they visited a planet to try and gather supplies. Call it a case of bad luck, but the survivors managed to find themselves in the middle of a small fight between the locals of the city and the Alliance, and their ship managed to sustain some damage throughout flying out from the Alliance, although the damage wasn't fatal.
Since then, it seemed like the crew managed to get themselves into more and more trouble with the Alliance, the Alliance often searching their ship due to continuous encounters with them. An Alliance official with a surname of Luther often popped up, and it seemed like one encounter pretty much ripped the crew apart. Luther searched the ship with his grunts, and even went to interrogating the crew members due to the previous city they were at being blown to pieces. Some crew member by the name of Steele became suspicious of Luther's real intentions, and with that became hostile against him, trying to have him get off the ship and stop interrogating the crew members, handing out multiple threats to him. He finally did leave the ship, but the drama ensued, as Steele and another crew member, Goss, started arguing. One of the pilots reacted quite negatively, and with that the crew slowly broke apart, fighting happening between crew members. The previously mentioned pilot somehow got crushed by another one of the crew members, and with that Steele had managed to get knocked out after trying to stop Goss from calling the Alliance back.
Chapter 2
The Alliance finally did come back, and with that they brought the pilot and the crew member back for treatment at a local hospital. They were treated, and the hostility between crew members was also dealt with, and with that they became a crew again. They flew out of there soon after, finally returning back to normal like they previously were. Well... Kinda. The before mentioned Goss had left the ship unexpectedly. They gained two crew members and lost two, losing Goss and another crew member actually responsible for the bombing, Ruth, who was arrested by the Alliance. The two crew members they gained was Dixon, an Alliance soldier who was kidnapped from her post by Ruth, and a previously Alliance contracted doctor. The new captain was elected to be a hunk named Ted, as the previous captain was Goss.
The crew had a package a certain crew member by the name of 'Curtis' needed to deliver, heading over to the planet specified and delivering the package, as well as receiving a job from two shady looking suited men. The job was that they had to deliver another package somewhere, but this time it seemed more dangerous than the last. All in all, the crew were still up for this job, taking the package to the ship and beginning to fly away from the planet. But, just like the bad luck the crew had previously received before, two unknown interceptors attacked the ship, actually managing to make the ship begin to go down. Everyone had evacuated except for a pilot named Starret and the crew member Steele. They went down with the ship, and the other crew members evacuated, landing on an island. Full of grief, and even tired from all the constant shit luck they were getting, they barely had managed to survive for a few days, until an Alliance cruiser had finally responded to their distress signal, sending down a evacuation shuttle.
And so, they were saved. Well, the remaining few there were any way... Pulled away from the wreckage of the Siren behind them, they found themselves without a ship, sense of direction or what to do next, or who or where to go to first.
