As some of you may have heard, a serious attack on one of our community members occurred today by admins of another forum. They hurled abuse at this innocent denizen and demanded his return to enthrallment on the S.S.Pineapple or else fire and brimstone would tear this communities servers asunder. Fortunately, the vicious salty sea dogs left after they realised their toasters had collectively caught fire, but that's not the point.
The point is our valued comrade has no where to turn to for moral guidance and support in his time of need, and their is a huge hole in the community support team for a role often forgotten and unappreciated, P.E.N.I.S's - Psychological Engineer in New Interactions Specialist's (not to be confused with Proton-enhanced nuclear induction spectroscopy, it happens more often than you'd think and it gets messy).
I can say with certainty that it has been a long time coming for this discussion, but the lack of P.E.N.I.S's here is appauling, what happens when an entire sub-channel has its lunch bitcoins stolen by a my little pony ERP community? That event would be haunting and inconsolable without a deicated team of P.E.N.I.S's at hand.
In short we are in dire need of P.E.N.I.S's, and it has been long overdue for this kind of a shake-up.
