Our Annoucement
Galaxyworks is one year old today. Some of the senior members have this to say about this day. If you weren't asked you can post your soppy shit below.
Doc has something special for all of us. Be PATIENT and let him work on it and I promise it will be worth it. Direct any bitching to me, as annoying Doc will only increase the deadline.
Millitant ''One year has passed and I still dont have my own fangirls''
Eyecberg "Its been some fun years here. I think around 4 or 5 for myself on and off. Made some great friends that Ill hopefully have for along time. Rpin' here has been a blast. Of course with its ups and downs but in the end we laugh. Hoping for one great last adventure with you all and we'll have to keep in touch anyway."
Outlander ''We've gone pretty far in a year; we started out as homicidal, crazy, insane people, and now we're still homicidal, crazy, insane people, but we've proven we can make some great, kick-ass times.
Good work team 11/10''
Snowy/Warsaw ''Well, I don't necessarily have much to say other than that since it's launch, and even prior with the big players of the community - That I've made great friends along the way to what the community is right now. Had it's ups and downs however it still managed to stay afloat by the great help of its staff. For that I love the community, despite the slight negativity surrounding stuff in the past, but the future is in great hands all the same. That's why I love the community in a sense as well, that it can sort out these. Yeah it's not purely exciting what I said but it's what I believe anyway. xD''
Danlin/Me ''I have been here less than most. Joined in after Millitant told me about it, became friends with Hollow and Snowy, and eventually became admin. I've quit and rejoined, regained admin and eventually kinda became the unofficial Number 2 to Doctor Ishi Evil. I've worked quite a bit for the community at this point, tried to run my own RP (Which failed miserably by the by) and spent way too many hours working on the forums, servers and various other aspects of GW.
But honestly none of it is more important than the actual roleplay that has lead to all of the fun we've had and all of the hours talking, playing and genrally making friends with everyone who sticks around in this community. New people have shown up and old people have left. But Galaxyworks has become something important, a group of people that are very dear to me. And I hope will be around for many years to come. No matter if Garry's Mod RP dies, we'll endure. Even if I have to prod Doc with a taser everytime he gets disheartened.
To Galaxyworks. My home on the Net.''
