Race: Strogg [Tactical]
Crazy Power (Explain it with its advantages AND weaknesses):
[ADVANTAGES]
[External]
Daen is a Strogg; a race of Bio-Mechanical constructs created for war. Being a Tactical class, whom are only the strongest warriors in their previous life, he is outfitted with high-tech replacement limbs. These Include:
- - Cybernetic Upper Limbs. These give them increased dexterity and upper-body strength, allowing and quicker hand-to-hand combat.
- Cybernetic Legs. This upgrade allows Strogg to run faster, jump higher and kick harder.
Hpill is also equipped with several armored plates; riveted to his body. These plates are capable of resisting multiple hits from traditional weaponry.
Daen is equipped with multiple internal upgrades. These include:
- - Fully functional replacement internal organs. These allow a Strogg to purify their blood, provide better circulation and extract nutrients from the Strogg food source, Stroyent.
- Nanites. The Strogg have microscopic technology swimming around inside them, known as nanites. These are microscopic nano-robots that repair damaged tissue and keep the technology attached to their bodies functioning. In addition, nanites may be capable of inflicting harm on their enemies on a microcellular level.
- Neurocyte. The neurocyte is a small but vital neural implant inside the cerebral cortex of any Strogg. It is an archive of data and a neural link to the Strogg Communication Network. The neurocyte contains the associated tactical program for a particular unit, which is why the Strogg require no training for combat. Along with this, the data archive also purveys a certain level of comprehension of the Strogg language to the host, with any implanted gaining the ability to at least read Strogg. The mere presence of the neurocyte in a host allows them to access Strogg control panels. The neurocyte is also what allows the Strogg leader(s) to control their forces, totally removing any free will from implanted subjects.
[DISADVANTAGES]
All of these abilities come at a price. Daen is not able to use any magical abilities, and has to consume the Strogg nutrient fluid, Stroyent. Daen is also now hardwired to only speak in Strogg and his English is now terrible, Daen can now only speak rudimentary English. Also, his problem solving skills are now terrible due to severed connection to the Strogg control (The Nexus). However, in areas like hand-to-hand combat, marksmanship, physics and mathematics (Due to the computational power of the neurocyte he is able to calculate almost anything within seconds.) In short, Daen would kick your ass in a fight, but he wouldn't be able to get around a locked door.
Stroyent is essentially a processed flesh slurry and is rendered from the bodies of captured enemies or fallen combatants. It is accessed at certain points, each with a strange suspended gland, called stroyent health stations. It is produced by some sort of bio-engineered system, turning dead bodies into the fuel that powers the Strogg.
Backstory(Minimum a paragraph):
Daen was once a member of the Terran Coalition of Man's Space Marine Corps. That is, until his entire squad was gunned down by a Strogg ambush. He fought valiantly until the end, which turned out to be his undoing. Because of his combat prowess and intelligence; Hphill was only incapacitated. It turns out that what awaited him when he woke up would be a fate worse than death. The soldier was transported to a Strogg Tactical-Transfer Facility wherein he was forced through the gruesome operation of Stroggification. All of his limbs were amputated, crudely sealed shut with fire. Replacement cybernetics were fitted hastily, and the Neurocyte implanted in a Nanite laced solution via hypodermic needle direct to the cerebellum.
Hphill was hastily shipped off on the next shuttle off of Stroggos, the home-world of the Strogg. Upon arrival at the Strogg warp-gate some kind of interference destroyed part of the control mainframe, causing some form of 'warp-storm'. Daen's shuttle was thrown into the heart of it; being transported to a location not in the universe he was previously in. The shuttle crashed onto the surface of an unknown planet, Daen the only survivor. After weeks of searching the populous for a place to set up Stroyent production, Hpill realized something slipping back. His previous self, personality and thoughts were coming back. Slowly, but surely.
After months of the agonizing reconciliation with his former self, memories popping into life and then guttering out, leaving only a brief sensation of remembrance, Daen finally return to his state of free-thought. Realizing that all of the other features of the neurocyte still being there; he went on to find a source of human-remains. The 'Shakai Mokushiroku Highschool' being an option, he decided to go; feebly attempting to regain a childhood ripped away by eternal war with the Strogg.
