History: The UEG's archives place one 'Dalibor Verity' back on Tribute, in a little-known town on the fringes of Irbid. His age is confirmed by a registered birth certificate - born in 2497, his mother died when he was eighteen, and he did poorly in his academic life. There's also a few drunk and disorderly charges attributed to this title.
UNSC Terror Watch's records on when Verity started his career as a terrorist-agent are sketchy - though there is compelling evidence that ties him to the various disturbances on Tribute during Operation: TREBUCHET (during the mid 2520's). Logically, this means he began a few years prior to this, perhaps in the early 2520's. Records of his actions afterwards are equally vague, though it is suspected he was involved in various terror-attack by numerous cells on Reach and nearby planets. During the early-to-mid 2440's that we have intelligence suggesting Verity had joined the high-profile URF 'Redcoats' cell.
